Villa Her Den is located in the heart of Hossegor, between the lake and the town centre, away from the hustle and bustle, in a peaceful setting. An authentic Landaise villa, it is the ideal villa for a family holiday.
Perfectly equipped, enjoy convivial moments with family or friends on the terrace, at the back of the villa, sheltered from any overlooking.
On the ground floor, you can enjoy a spacious garage, where you can park your bicycles or surfboards safely
The house contains:
First floor:
- A large crossing balcony with a chair facing the street
- A large living area with fitted kitchen (American fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, hob, extractor hood...)
- Three double bedrooms with wardrobe
- A bathroom with double washbasins and shower
- Guest toilet
- Terrace at the back of the kitchen with outdoor furniture and electric plancha
⚠️The chimney is not permitted for use
Upstairs:
- A double room
- A room with 2 single beds
- A bathroom
You will be able to park your vehicle in the courtyard, at the entrance of the house
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Mandatory Documents Before Arrival
A copy of the identity card and a holiday insurance certificate must be sent before the start of the stay.
- Cleanliness of the Accommodation
The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.
In the event of non-compliance, additional charges of €150 may be invoiced.
- Animals
In the event of damage or animal droppings in the accommodation or outside, a flat rate of €300 may be applied.
