In the house, you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and toilet.
In the apartment, located just behind the house, garden side, there is 1 bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom with WC.
The house has two entrances: the one on the right is for travellers, the one on the left is private, as it allows us to access our professional premises, located below the apartment. But do not worry, everything is well separated, you will not see us from the living room.
The entire house, the apartment (except for the garage section under the apartment), and the whole garden.
Our storage room is located below the apartment. Thermal and sound insulation was carried out in 2025.
The rented part and our part are well separated.
