Renovated house in 2024, it offers you a garden sheltered from prying eyes to spend convivial moments with friends or family!

Intimate, it is in 2 parts: the main house and its apartment

You will find the house and the apartment on the same plot of land, which are rented together.

In the house, you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and toilet.

In the apartment, located just behind the house, garden side, there is 1 bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom with WC.

The house has two entrances: the one on the right is for travellers, the one on the left is private, as it allows us to access our professional premises, located below the apartment. But do not worry, everything is well separated, you will not see us from the living room.

The entire house, the apartment (except for the garage section under the apartment), and the whole garden.

Our storage room is located below the apartment. Thermal and sound insulation was carried out in 2025.
The rented part and our part are well separated.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Minimum Age
The reservation is reserved for adults (18 years minimum).
- Reservation Holder
The person making the reservation must be present during the stay.
- Mandatory Documents Before Arrival
A copy of the identity card and a holiday insurance certificate must be sent before the start of the stay.
- Cleanliness of the Accommodation
The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.
In the event of non-compliance, additional charges of €150 may be invoiced.
- Animals
In the event of damage or animal droppings in the accommodation or outside, a flat rate of €300 may be applied.

The villa has an internet connection.

The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Two parking spaces are available in front of the house. You can park other vehicles in the dead end. A closed space is available for bicycles.
Before and during your stay, we remain at your disposal to make your experience perfect: local recommendations, access to our trusted partners (bicycle rental, etc.).
End-of-stay cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels, are included.
A baby bed with mattress topper, a high chair and a small bathtub can be provided upon request.

Near shops and the Soorts-Hossegor market, 10 minutes by bike from Hossegor town centre. You will quickly reach the cycle path that leads you to the lake or the coastal beaches.

From Biarritz airport: by taxi or rental car (approximately 45 minutes).
From Dax station (40 minutes) or Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse station (20 minutes).
