Renovated house in 2024, it offers you a garden sheltered from prying eyes to spend enjoyable moments with friends or family!
Intimate, it is in 2 parts: the main house and its apartment
You will find on the same property the house and the apartment, which are rented together.
In the house, you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, lounge, and toilet.
In the flat, located just behind the house, on the garden side, there is 1 bedroom, a lounge with a convertible sofa bed, 1 kitchenette, 1 bathroom with WC.
The house has two entrances: the one on the right is for travellers, the one on the left is private, as it allows us to access our professional premises, located below the flat. But don't worry, everything is well separated, you won't see us from the living room.
The entire house, the apartment (except the garage part under the apartment), and the entire garden.
Our storage room is located below the apartment. Thermal and acoustic insulation was carried out in 2025.
The rented part and our part are well separated.
