A second, more intimate terrace with a dining area featuring a plancha and located by the pool will allow you to share beautiful moments of conviviality.

You will find 2 master suites offering optimal privacy and comfort. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom for adults or children, with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed (160x200), 1 dormitory bedroom, and a shower room with a double vanity unit, in a raw-chic spirit that summarises the villa's atmosphere.

Ideally located 500m from the Bourdaines beach, 1 km from the lake, 3 km from the town centre of Hossegor. You can enjoy the outdoor market in the Penon district every Thursday and Saturday, as well as essential shops 5 minutes by car.

From Biarritz airport by taxi or rental car (45 min journey to be planned), from Dax Station (40 min journey) or St Vincent de Tyrosse Station (20 min journey). Do not hesitate to contact our agency if you wish to book your taxi, we will be delighted to assist you in your arrangements.

Internal Rules:

The reservation is reserved for adults (18 years minimum).
- Reservation Holder
The person making the reservation must be present during the stay.
- Mandatory Documents Before Arrival
A copy of the identity card and a holiday insurance certificate must be sent before the start of the stay.
- Cleanliness of the Accommodation
The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.
In the event of non-compliance, additional charges of €150 may be invoiced.
- Animals
In the event of damage or animal droppings in the accommodation or outside, a flat rate of €300 may be applied.
