Ideal for family holidays or with friends, it offers a warm and friendly setting, just a few minutes from the beaches and attractions of the Landes coast.
This villa with a storey is composed as follows:
- An entrance with a cupboard
- A lounge with television, two 3-seater sofas + armchairs
- A dining room with a table and chairs for 8 adults. A small children's table is available right next to it.
- A fitted kitchen with a utility room
- 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom located between the two bedrooms.
Upstairs, you will find:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed, each with an adjoining attic room with a single bed
- 1 bathroom
Heated swimming pool secured by an electric roller shutter. Open from June to September, with no commitment (depending on weather and temperature).
Table tennis, sunbeds, pétanque court...
Holidaymakers will have access to the entire villa except for the garage, the technical room at the bottom of the garden, and the cupboards in the children's attic rooms.

Villa of 240 M2 in the heart of Seignosse Bourg village, spacious and bright. It offers privileged access to local shops, on foot or by bicycle.
At the foot of the cycle paths, explore the trails of the Landes, to discover the beaches of Hossegor or Seignosse, the port of Capbreton, the marine lake of Hossegor or the forest ponds, all within a radius of about 7 km.
The swimming pool is private and secured by a manual rigid roller shutter. The swimming pool is open from May to September, subject to stable weather conditions allowing these opening dates to be maintained.
You will have access to the entire accommodation, except for 2 private rooms, which are locked, in the upstairs bedrooms, the one on the right and the one on the left.
Residential district of Seignosse Bourg, you will quickly access local shops. Very quiet, it is a perfect neighbourhood to recharge, close to all points of interest in the surrounding area.
Move ideally by bike! Numerous cycle paths are available, allowing you to reach Hossegor (Town centre - Lake - Beach) Seignosse or even Capbreton without ever taking the car again.
