Villa Bonamour, a 210m2 property, is the ideal accommodation to get away and relax, at a central point between the port, restaurants, beaches and the town centres of Hossegor and Capbreton.

In the courtyard, you have the possibility of parking up to two cars, and securing them thanks to an electric gate. A lovely tree-lined and fenced garden awaits you on the living side of the house.

- A fully equipped kitchen with its back kitchen (washing machine and tumble dryer).
- A friendly and spacious dining room
- A lounge with TV and WIFI, overlooking the garden
- 2 double bedrooms (160 x 200 cm bed), with storage in one and a wardrobe in the other,
- A shower room with WC
- A bathroom with WC

On the floor:

- 1 mezzanine with four single beds (90x200 cm),
- 2 bedrooms with double bed (160x200 cm), with a chest of drawers
- 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), with a small dressing room
- 1 bathroom with WC and bidet

Also enjoy a garden with deckchairs, outdoor table, sun lounger and heated secure swimming pool with a rigid roller shutter.

You also have a space to store bicycles.

This Villa was designed for holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet, reunions, and conviviality!

The swimming pool is accessible from May to September, depending on the weather and local temperatures. It is heated and secured by a roller shutter, which you close at your discretion, for everyone's safety.

We remind you that the presence of a swimming pool requires increased vigilance from travellers with regard to vulnerable persons, and that we cannot be held responsible for accidents of any kind.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Minimum age
The booking is reserved for adults (minimum 18 years old).
- Booking holder
The person making the booking must be present during the stay.
- Mandatory documents before arrival
Online check-in with our agency (see link received with your booking) + submission of an identity document are mandatory to finalise your booking.
- Cleanliness of the accommodation
The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.
Otherwise, additional cleaning fees of €45.00 including VAT per hour commenced may be charged.
- Animals
In the event of damage or animal faeces in the accommodation or outside, a flat fee of €300 may be applied.
- Swimming pool available from 1 May to 30 September. Heating activated only if weather permits maintaining stable water temperature.

Important information regarding external noise nuisances

In accordance with Airbnb platform conditions and in the interest of transparency, we inform our travellers that the neighbourhood and surrounding public spaces are independent of the property management. Exceptional and occasional noise nuisances may thus occur without our knowledge or control (authorised works, maintenance interventions, leaf blowers, demonstrations, parties, public events, traffic, neighbourhood, etc.).
These events, when they are external to the property and beyond our control, cannot engage the responsibility of the management agency or the owner and cannot give rise to a request for reimbursement, price reduction or compensation, except where mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
In the event of abnormal nuisance or disturbance to public order, we invite travellers to contact the competent authorities (Municipal Police or law enforcement), who are the only ones authorised to intervene, whilst informing us of the situation so that we can, to the extent possible, assist you.
