Family T3 accommodation of 60 m2 located on the first floor of a quiet residence, in the heart of the protected pine forest of Landes. Ideal for families or two couples of friends, it consists of two genuine welcoming and well-decorated bedrooms (two comfortable double beds).
The living room, cosy and carefully decorated, opens onto a pleasant well-oriented loggia.
The kitchen, fully equipped and renewed, offers a view of the pine forest.
Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet.
Just a stone's throw from the Bourdaines beach, enjoy a strategic location between the town centre of Hossegor, Seignosse le Penon and the Seignosse Golf Course.
Seignosse and its surroundings are very well-equipped with cycle paths! Rent a bike and make your journeys along paths bordering the forest or the ocean.
Internal Rules:
- Minimum Age
The reservation is reserved for adults (18 years minimum).
- Reservation Holder
The person making the reservation must be present during the stay.
- Mandatory Documents Before Arrival
A copy of the identity card and a holiday insurance certificate must be sent before the start of the stay.
- Cleanliness of the Accommodation
The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.
In the event of non-compliance, additional charges of €150 may be invoiced.
- Animals
In the event of damage or animal droppings in the accommodation or outside, a flat rate of €300 may be applied.
