The lounge - living room, cosy and carefully decorated opens onto a pleasant well-oriented loggia.
The kitchen, fully equipped and renovated, has views over the pine forest.
Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC.
A stone's throw from Bourdaines beach, enjoy a strategic location between the town centre of Hossegor, Seignosse le Penon and Seignosse Golf.
Seignosse and its surroundings are very well equipped with cycle paths! Hire a bike and make your journeys along paths bordering the forest or the ocean.
