• two bedrooms upstairs with queen-size bed (160 cm), one of which features a large bespoke dressing room;
• A private tree-lined garden, ideal for relaxing in peace;
• A south-facing terrace on the upper floor;
• Reversible air conditioning throughout the property;

The apartment is ideally located, on a quiet street, less than 2 minutes' walk from the beach and cycle paths. You can do everything on foot or by bike: swimming, surfing, seaside strolls or local market.
From Biarritz airport by taxi or hire car (+/- 45 minutes travel time to plan), from Dax Station (40 minutes travel) or St Vincent de Tyrosse Station (20 minutes travel). Do not hesitate to contact our agency if you wish to book your taxi, we will be delighted to assist you with your arrangements.
