• A high-end kitchen designed for your holiday meals, fully equipped with SMEG small appliances, Nespresso coffee machine and everything within reach;
• Three superb master suites, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private WC:
• a bedroom on the ground floor with two single beds that can be joined together as needed,
• two bedrooms upstairs with queen-size bed (160 cm), one of which features a large bespoke dressing room;
• A private tree-lined garden, ideal for relaxing in peace;
• A south-facing terrace on the upper floor;
• Reversible air conditioning throughout the property;
• Very high-speed WiFi connection (fibre).
⚠️ The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Two private parking spaces are available, right in front of the accommodation, one of which is equipped with an electric vehicle charging point (type 2).

From Biarritz airport by taxi or hire car (+/- 45 minutes travel time to plan), from Dax Station (40 minutes travel) or St Vincent de Tyrosse Station (20 minutes travel). Do not hesitate to contact our agency if you wish to book your taxi, we will be delighted to assist you with your arrangements.
