We create, distribute, and optimize your listing on major rental platforms and our website, ensuring continuous updates to maximize its performance.
We also manage the photo shoot, administrative tasks such as updating availability, managing inquiries and bookings, and tracking payments.
Property management
We prepare your property for your guests. We check that your accommodation is in good working order to ensure optimal comfort upon their arrival. Working with certified partners, we know how to handle unforeseen circumstances and resolve any issues, always with your approval.
Check In & Check Out
We personally handle all check-ins: key handover, check-in inventory, and review of the rules of conduct and etiquette agreed upon with you.
We remain available throughout the stay, 7 days a week, should they need anything.
Check-in and check-out are handled by the same person.
Laundry and cleaning
We have our own laundry facilities, allowing us to provide and fully manage all linens: collection, washing, drying, and bed preparation for the next guest.
Our goal is to ensure our guests' comfort by providing clean, high-quality equipment for the duration of their stay, without using the owners' equipment.
A thorough cleaning is also carried out at the end of each stay.
Childcare
We provide essential baby equipment such as cribs, high chairs, and baby bathtubs.
This service is offered free of charge to make the stay easier for families with children by saving them the trouble of transporting this bulky equipment.
Customization of stay
We know how to tailor a client's experience to their preferences, making their stay more enjoyable and unique. This can include services such as a private chef, a personal trainer, or bicycle delivery. With our preferred partners, we cater to the individual needs of travelers to offer them a personalized and memorable experience.
